Hair Policy

It has become necessary to look at the problem of people not calling when they are not going to keep their appointments. For this reason, there is going to be a $35.00 charge when, and if, this occurs before your next appointment.

If you want color of any kind, updos, highlights or relaxer, please let me know 3 to 5 days in advance.

Weekly recurring clients will receive a price adjustment according to your salon service. Please see your Nail Techinican and/or Makeup Artist for the adjustment.

If you have a special design that may require additional time, contact the cosmetologist prior to service date so that we can factor that into your time. If the color or style is not discussed prior to your salon visit, that will have to be schedule for the following visit. no exceptions.

If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will lose your appointment and you be charged for the full service.
