After dropping your wig off for service, please know the turnaround time is:

1 week for shampoos

2 weeks for hair color
-
3 - 4 weeks for custom wigs (Provided I have the measurements already.)

If your expected turnaround time for ANY wig service is faster than the allotted time specified above, there will be an additional rush fee.

When booking your appointment, make sure that your stylist has a complete understand of what you would like to get done.

Keep in mind, some wigs cannot be colored or will only lift one to two levels for that reason a patch test is taken before any services can be done.
